MINCED PORK & RICE

COMFORT FOOD · LV.1QUEST LOG

minced pork and rice is a classic combo. u could make:

  1. fried rice - just fry the pork with some garlic, onions, soy sauce, toss in day-old rice, maybe add an egg n some veggies if u got em. easy n bomb
  1. pork meatballs - mix the pork with some breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, herbs, form into balls n bake or fry. serve with rice on the side
  1. stuffed peppers - hollow out some bell peppers, mix pork with rice, tomatoes, spices, stuff em, bake. looks fancy but easy
  1. congee - cook rice until its real soft n soupy, add cooked pork on top with ginger n green onions. comfort food af

onions and garlic are the base for literally every good fried rice so ur already winning. canned tomatoes might make it a bit soggy if u throw em in, but if u cook em down real good first with the pork it could work like a meat sauce kinda thing mixed with rice.

id say if u can just grab some frozen peas, carrots, or corn thats the easiest move. frozen veggies go hard in fried rice n they last forever. egg is always a W too if u got any.

and YES to MSG bro, flavor enhancer from the gods. dont let anyone tell u otherwise. a little chili oil or fresh chili would be fire too, adds that nice kick. go crazy with it 🌶️
